Pentek DFX Series

Pentek® DFX Series Diamond Flow cartridges are premium dual-technology cartridges designed to combine effective sediment filtration with chlorine taste & odour reduction in a single cartridge.

The DFX Series features an exterior polypropylene polyspun filter media that provides superior sediment reduction & helps protect the internal carbon block from premature plugging. The interior carbon block provides effective reduction of chlorine taste & odour, delivering improved water quality while maintaining strong flow performance.

This unique combination of filtration technologies provides high dirt-holding capacity & allows greater utilisation of the carbon block. DFX cartridges are also designed to offer low pressure drop & are twice as resistant to particulate plugging as standard carbon blocks, helping maintain filtration performance for longer. These dual-purpose cartridges are well-suited to a wide range of residential water filtration applications.

DFX Series cartridges are available in a 10-micron nominal rating & the Big Blue 20-inch configuration provides a rated chlorine taste & odour reduction capacity of up to 30,000 gallons (113,562 L) at 4.0 GPM (15.14 L/min).

The DFX Series is tested & certified by NSF International to NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for material requirements only.
